Amazing find! I wonder about Twitter. I remember the histrionic celebration of the role of Twitter in the "Arab Spring." At the time, I found it rather strange that a social media company would be so excited about fostering social upheaval. Don't they just want to sell ads and user data with as many users as possible? Apparently they had rather different goals.

Twitter, like Facebook, seems to me an invention of DARPA and/or the IC.

Interesting you mention DARPA here. This video clip suggests DARPA may be behind the mRNA vaccines used during a global pandemic where the world is shut down because of a novel virus:

I shared this with you back in June, Michael, but deserves a reshare for new readers. The official CDC 2007 Pre-pandemic Planning Guide. The link is to the current, available online version of this official CDC document. A document that I also downloaded in September, 2020. No lockdown called for. At most a "15 Days to flatten the curve" voluntary approach when facing a Spanish Flu-level pandemic. Which CV never was.

I downloaded it in September, 2020 because I noticed it had been edited and rewritten between then and when I first viewed the Guide in April-May, 2020. The online link version had major edits, particularly the easy-to-understand data visualizations. The .jpg links below show two of the several charts in the Guide that's been removed from the current online version. Data that displayed that even in a Spanish Flu-level pandemic the restrictions and mandates CDC have been recommending for CV are excessive and unnecessary.

They abandoned their own planning they had invested tens of millions of dollars on developing a guide using the best and brightest minds in pandemic planning and mitigation efforts. For moments just like March, 2020. Thrown out before it was ever allowed to take effect. For no demonstrable valid reason. Impossible to be sheer incompetence. Deliberate and intentional. Evidence of the mens rea in those who deployed totalitarianism on the free world. The state of mind showing wilfill misconduct and criminal intent, damnable in front of a jury. Their crimes will not go unpunished. A matter of when, not if.

Historian Thomas Fleming wrote a book titled:

"The New Dealers' War: FDR and the War Within World War II"

May offer you some insight to an old strategy foreign adversaries & allies alike utilized in WWII…

"the book documents how the British and, to a greater extent, Stalin’s Russia infiltrated and corrupted much of the geopolitical policy-making bureaucracy of the US, thereby tilting the scales in their favor."

<twater.com>/DoombergT/status/1573605382542475266

I have yet to read it myself, but, I find the idea intriguing historical records could substantiate an influence operation conducted on behalf of the UUSR. Perhaps, there's evidence a similar strategy maps to current day roles in Public Health; FDA; CDC; the groups dealing with pandemics & working with the CCP to cooperate to garner a response/viral data/alerts from the CCP & scaring themselves stupid in the process over the CCP failing for a decade to give the impression it has monitoring of disease, response, alerts under its control.

I seem to recall (could be wrong on the timing) that there were a number of prominent politicians who expressed great admiration for dictatorial China, most remarkably Turdeau. And then Neil Ferguson (UK SAGE) saying they didn’t think Europe could ever get away w/ locking down until Italy did it, “& then we realized we could”. The global lockstep to do this made it clear, as you say, that elites were invited & accepted w/ totalitarian delight

Free people don't allow their betters to help them for their own good. So stubborn. Selfish. Ignorant. Stupid. Dangerous. Democracy gets in the way of progress. Just shut up, do as you're told. Let the smarter, more educated and sophisticated elite who understand the big picture do all the thinking and deciding. We won't let a little antiquated relic of a Constitution written by a bunch of white male misogynist, homophobic/transphobic slaveowners get in our way.

Our One-Party Democracy - Thomas Friedman

The New York Times, September 8, 2009:

https://archive.ph/RBOvl#selection-663.0-663.310

"One-party autocracy certainly has its drawbacks. But when it is led by a reasonably enlightened group of people, as China is today, it can also have great advantages. That one party can just impose the politically difficult but critically important policies needed to move a society forward in the 21st century"

"China’s leaders understand that in a world of exploding populations and rising emerging-market middle classes, demand for clean power and energy efficiency is going to soar. Beijing wants to make sure that it owns that industry and is ordering the policies to do that, including boosting gasoline prices, from the top down."

"The only way for us to match them is by legislating a rising carbon price along with efficiency and renewable standards that will stimulate massive private investment in clean-tech. Hard to do with a one-party democracy."

“Globalization has neutered the Republican Party, leaving it to represent not the have-nots of the recession but the have-nots of globalized America, the people who have been left behind either in reality or in their fears,” said Edward Goldberg, a global trade consultant who teaches at Baruch College. “The need to compete in a globalized world has forced the meritocracy, the multinational corporate manager, the eastern financier and the technology entrepreneur to reconsider what the Republican Party has to offer. In principle, they have left the party, leaving behind not a pragmatic coalition but a group of ideological naysayers.”

These people truly believe this way. Politicians. Media. Multinational corporations. In 2009 we thought it was just the wet dreams of a few. Little did we know they were all in on it, plotting for today.

Nuffield Council on Bioethics

Public health: ethical issues

November, 2007

https://www.nuffieldbioethics.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Public-health-ethical-issues.pdf

(The Nuffield Council on Bioethics is funded jointly by the Medical Research Council, the Nuffield Foundation and the Wellcome Trust [Glaxo-Wellcome, Big Pharma])

It goes into how they decide what is ethical government policy. Areas mentioned are Infectious Disease, Obesity, Alcohol and Tobacco, Fluoridation of Water. They claim to balance the competing interests of individual free choices and collective public health. Pronouncing their King Solomon-like wisdom as "good stewardship." Never mind that they give short shrift to individual free choices and worship collective public health policies. Never mind that they dispose of the same ethical considerations they determine are necessary as the policies they describe are applied. It's a mental masturbatory exercise in "see how wonderful and benevolent we are" with grand pronouncements they routinely ignore in the same document.

This is precisely how these people think. This is a source document for many public policy analysts and decision makers in the UK, US and western liberal democracies. Cited and referred to in open and closed-door hearings and roundtables. Convincing themselves they are protecting freedom by applying authoritarianism. Or rather, rationalizing and justifying authoritarianism to help make that bitter pill go down the throats of free people a little easier.

The question is this -- who funds the bots? On this particular issue I believe it could be Gavi, The Alliance. Rockefeller Foundation, and there are one or two others. Could it also be government intel -- thinking that long term this is a plausible strategy for locking people in their homes -- a true Prison Planet. Could be. Or private intel working on contract for private interests, of like NGOs, maybe governments or political operatives using them "for hire". This is an industry, and Twitter is LOADED with them. Always in one direction -- towards technocracy and authoritarian rule; anti-freedom.

Fascinating tale. What happened in Sierra Leone was absolutely a test run for the idea of lockdowns; let’s run it up the flagpole and see who salutes.

I’m wondering if AI played a role in the sheer volume of the deliberate massaging of the message in 2014. Keep seeing articles that talk about AI taking over the media messages and monitoring going forward should the whole digital passport insanity get activated, and it beggars the question as to how likely is it that an AI already exists for these purposes and has already been massaging the populace. Some of the messaging I’ve seen these past COVID years already feels very oddly detached…like the weird ads using cartoon people whose heads are separate from their bodies, bizarre headlines that just feel devoid of humanity.

How can anyone look at this and think that the covid reaction was due to ignorance, panic, or honest mistakes?

From what I've read the bots almost always use VPNs, so they can't be traced directly. The best way they've come up with to trace them is to see if they post disproportionately during work hours in a given country, but that doesn't work as well for automated bots. And unfortunately, the nonprofits that are best equipped to study these phenomena in detail have been stone silent about lockdowns. https://michaelpsenger.substack.com/p/the-silence-of-disinformation-experts

VPN can also be hacked, but probably requires a lot of compute power. Government agencies with acres of computers probably know the answers, but they're unlikely to share their insights unless those bots are controlled by repub insurrectionists..

HI Michael - another possible big connnection between the CCP and the CDC.

Your link to the 2003 article of the SARS1 lockdown in China - it says

"Authorities in Beijing order the closure of all entertainment venues in an effort to halt the spread of SARS. Public schools are also closed and a mass quarantine is in effect for some hospitals and travelers from areas heavily hit by the virus."

And in Jeffrey A. Tuckers article 'The Day Anthony Fauci Wrecked American Freedom' the CDC flyer on lockdowns included in the fine print exactly what the Chinese did in 2003!!!

A coincidence. We think not.

Michael - that's an amazing connection. And I think you are right on the money. The Covid-cartel was practicing.

Here's another connection about that Ebola outbreak to Covid-19.

Fauci and the NIH sponsored a study of 4 drugs to treat Ebola. One of those drugs was Remdesivir. The study ran 2018-19. And I think the results were published late 2019. They had an independent medical committee reviewing the drugs and their impacts. They cancelled Remdesivir as it was linked to the maximum number of patients dying with 56% having kidney failure.

And yet barely 6 months later first Xi Jinping's team recommended Remdesivir to the WHO, which can be seen in the late Feb WHO-China Covid-19 mission, and then Fauci sat in the White House and said 'We have a new drug...Remdesivir...'

And what has Dr. Bryan Ardis been shouting about for 2 years? - kidney failure associated with Remdesivir. Which country has the most corporatized medical system on earth? America. Which country has used Remdesivir on Covid19 patients the most? The USA. (The NIH incentivizes it.) And which country has the most "Covid-19" deaths?

I'm very troubled by these Twitter Bot campaigns...I learned a lot about information warfare when I stumbled upon the 1975 Church Committee. Looks like information warfare exists on Twitter too. I notice these bot campaigns are always promoting authoritarian measures like lockdowns & arresting dissidents

By the way, after the pro-lockdown scientists signed the letter supporting protesting the BLM protesting, I began researching lockdowns. I found that ebola spread during the lockdown. Once the lockdown was lifted ebola spread declined. Look at the first graph

2 THINGS:

1. China's own lock downs are aimed at hurting the west i.e. 'sorry, can't bring in your imports, manufacture goods or ship goods out, no staff', and controlling it's people who've drifted to a western lifestyle. They've controlled this from the start, it was Chinese workers returning to Italy which began the whole sorry story. BTW many of Italy's high end labels are Chinese owned, but continue the be manufactured in Italy in order to keep 'Made in Italy' labeling.

2. How is it that all these 'authorities' keep asking other 'social' media to stop dis & mis-information, but haven't picked up tik-tok bot spread? Perhaps because of the country controlling it i.e. China?

I know, one big conspiracy theory.
