Last week, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky gave testimony to Congress that was jaw-dropping even by the abysmal standards to which we’ve been accustomed during COVID. In just a few hours, Walensky managed to tell Congress that the CDC’s guidance to mandate masks in schools would never change regardless of new evidence, that the CDC had conducted no randomized controlled trials (RCTs) as to whether masks were effective because it was so obvious that they worked, and that COVID vaccines had been added to the child immunization schedule so they could be given to uninsured children.
Problem goes even further: They answer the question of lack of trust by blaming “misinformation” and “conspiracy theorists” but then point to true information and honest people as their examples of such misinformation and conspiracy theorists! All they really need is a mirror!
They tried using those labels which no one is buying anymore. I doubt most people believe much of what the mainstream media is selling, and thankfully there are ways to find the truth. I wonder how many people actually get the "news" the old way now.
It’s still pretty bad out there. Most people get their news via Facebook, and they still think being “antivax” is literally insane, not to mention tacky.
I'm being earnest here. I'm an American ex-pat who has lived in Japan for 19 years, so as much as I try to keep up with the way people think about things, I'm looking from the outside in.
From my perspective, anyone who withstood the massive propaganda campaign to "get the jab" has my freakin' respect. Tacky is the last word I'd use to describe us! How about courageous?

A study also pointed out the problem of oxygen for surgeons over 35 wearing surgical masks. Of course these studies came when science existed as a process instead of a political end game.
It is exosomes with positively charged spike on the surface. Negative ionizers help.air quality in public or home settings. Intranasal rinse or spray helps clear individuals at end of day or after an outing. And I did find the KN95 masks helpful for short trips to risky settings. Wear 100% of time. Taking it off to eat us truly insane if they are at all effective, they are only effective when worn.

The universal flu shot idea has been a sort of holy grail of vaccinology for decades, with some already claiming to have developed more traditional protein-based ones in recent years, perhaps one that only needs to be retaken once every ten years. But mRNA is seen as a game-changer. Especially with the latest bird flu scare now.
There’s no such thing as any vaccine being safe and effective. Never has been. A fallacy. And, even if a shot *was* safe and effective, every human being has the right to say no to being injected.

On balance, that one MIGHT have a net benefit, and MAYBE a select few others like the older measles-only one. Either way, they should still not be forced or coerced.

I completely agree. BUT a huge chunk of the population has bought in and will continue to do as the CDC advises. I have been sharing data w/my extended family for almost 2 years-most recently the Cochrane review on masks. It doesn't matter how much evidence one provides-they won't listen-and these are educated people.. My biggest point to them all is the govt shouldn't be able to mandate medical interventions-especially w/out adequate evidence. They just cant's hear it.
Lets face it-the combination of govt agenda/interference+media propaganda+ censorship+"fact checkers" makes it very difficult to impossible to change minds.
