Maybe you should both "re-appeal". I attempted this twice when I got suspended in September and I tried again last week and my accounts been reactivated.
Great news, Emily. Any details on exactly how you did the appeal? e.g. By email thru Support, supplied all supporting evidence in the email or just requested they appeal the earlier suspension, etc. Thanks!
I just got permanently suspended from twitter again. Same playbook-no due process, no warning, no reason. Usual generic automated email. Im so done with twitter. Im fed up with the arbitrariness of it. Until elon deals with the twitter killswitch, it's still status quo at Twitter. There shoukd be a customer phone line, ffs, twitter has all of our contact details including phone numbers, but they dont offer phone services with a real person?

I just went in and re-requested an appeal. My account was reinstated 2 days later.
Thx. I tried that route. No luck. I suspect I was targeted via a request from a major public health official, so that might be complicating things..

Start a new account, that is what I had to do.
