Can’t wait to see how this plays out in Canada. We’re somehow more subject to Biden administration policies than the US is, more « blue » than any US state, but it can’t last. Mask mandates in Quebec are like something out of the twilight zone, people who’ve already had corona this year just blindly going through the motions. Our federal vaccine mandates are an embarrassing relic. The only question at this point is how they can remove them while drawing the least attention.
A friend pointed out the great irony that one of the last bastions of strict masking is health facilities, which from the start should have been the ones most loudly protesting the anti-science nonsense about how much masks work.
Masking should have always been optional. If we would have had an honest media that would have educated people with *real* science, this insane masking ritual would have never become a political issue that pitted people against one another. The simple message of: "If you are sick, stay home, if you are coughing and sneezing and must go out, please consider wearing a mask so you will not cough and sneeze on your friends and neighbors" would have been sufficient.
This is great to see. Twitter is fast becoming an echo chamber of the lost minds, judging by some reactions to these images (Rosanna Arquette's mulish foot stamp was one of many 😂😂😂)
FJB can’t try to put this genie back in the bottle. His popularity numbers are in the toilet. With elections around the corner, it would be suicide to reinstate this ridiculously ASININE mandate. Kudos to those who kept up the fight!
I distinctly remember seeing videos of passengers on planes clapping and cheering after police removed a passenger off a plane because they refused to wear a mask. What happened in the few intervening months to turn the tide? Were people closet-mask-haters until a judge ruled in their favor?
This is such an interesting point. In what other scenario do the airlines react immediately to a federal court ruling? Literally IN FLIGHT!?!
Also, seeing social media filled with such reactions makes it that much harder to put this genie back into the bottle.
Brilliant decision by Judge Mizell💖💖
Please invade Canada. PLEASE.

Canada is a laughing stock to the rest of the world. As it should be. The keep doubling down, like an addict in a Las Vegas Casino.

United States Supreme Court Justice Mizelle. Has a nice ring to it...
And the judge is hot too! :P
