Michael, not to be tacky by pointing this out... but your monthly Substack rate is $5, so $60 annually. But your Annual rate is $70 ($5.82/month). Typically, the annual rate works out to less than the monthly rate, a bonus for paying in advance/lump sum.

Anyway, love your work, I was an early fan, and I proudly display my copy of Snake Oil on a side table in the living room. Please keep up the great work.

Thanks Steve! Good point, don’t know how it got that way—that is now fixed.

Hello Michael , I have appreciated your work in the past and your archive of articles is a treasure. I just re-read “The Will to Power” from July 2022 and found your description of the dynamics behind the otherwise almost inexplicable behaviour of society and especially petty bureaucrats to be most apt.

I will send a donation and subscribe asap.

Thank you Terry, greatly appreciated!

I did a $50.00 donation. Hope that helps. While I subscribe to many wonderful substack writers, I want to support your work because I appreciate that as an attorney you are truly facing an uphill battle. Because I don't actively practice, I had no idea how things had changed. Our legal system is truly frightening with CRT indoctrination/authoritarian beliefs. But as I tell friends, it took decades for civil rights attorneys to overturn Plessy v. Ferguson but it was done.

Thank you Michael. I am happy to be a paying subscriber to your work ( canada). I also purchased your book. I believe if we "use" your work, we should pay. I think it's my moral obligation to support independent journalism now more than ever.

If Substack writers are going to continue to comprise the most significant "resistance" to all the MSM's false narratives, it's imperative that these authors get enough "paid" subscriber support to continue their work. Many people can't pay for a paid subscription are already paying for as many as they can afford. Still, if just 2 or 3 percent more of the "free" subscribers became "paid" subscribers, that would probably be enough for most of us to make a decent income. I'm getting ready to publish a similar appeal or "fund-raiser." My thought is that if you believe in the product you are producing, you shouldn't be afraid to ask for a "sale." If someone doesn't or can't support you, that's fine too.

I'll upgrade to paid in a couple of days .... when my wife gets paid! Your work is very important now and will be even more important as more madness descends on the world in the future.

Also, with the monthly paid option, you can cancel at any time if needed.

My thought was that I would produce content for, say, six months to hopefully prove I have something interesting or important to contribute to the national conversation. After that, I would then make my first "ask." I've run the same numbers you've probably run. It seems "five percent paid" is the magic number /metric ... if you/we can keep growing our total subscribers. So we are really only asking for 1 in 20 of our readers to support us with a monthly or annual (paid) subscription. The five percent that is willing to do that (or is in a financial position to do that) might just help save the world. But it's true that nobody has to do this. They are doing this for altruistic reasons, not because it will personally benefit themselves. After all, they could get the very same stories for free. Still, if enough subscribers don't convert to paid, there will be fewer Substack "citizen journalists" in the future ... which is exactly what the Establishment "narrative protectors" want to happen.

I was an early subscriber and have always felt rewarded by the quality of what you have put out. Do not agree on everything (but who does?) but much of your reporting has been spot on. I expect, contrary to what you say, that there is lots of malfeasance left out there to discover vis-à-vis covid. I hope you continue to discover it and write about it. And good luck with the new baby...now you are talking about scary responsibility...lol.

Exciting work. Maybe if I invest in SubStack and it pays off I can afford to be a paid subscriber. Our entire lifetimes tied up in this international entertainment society to engineer our consent. Wonder what percent of us as writers knew from early 2020 what this was really about? “Interesting” times.

I've liked you a whole lot since I found you via Twitter, but I like you a whole lot less since you started snarling about ivermectin. I'm not particularly an adherent in its church but saw plenty of good analysis by Alexandros Marinos and others, so you really disconcerted me with the vehemence of your scorn.

I guess in Plague Era Discourse everyone must try to distinguish themselves with "forsies" and "againstsies" and so on, but I was really disappointed in what I saw as seriously unexpected nastiness.

Anyway--congratulations on the new baby. This is your most important job now and henceforth. May you and your wife and family always have joy.
